Y\u0131lda y\u0131la dalgalanma g\u00f6stermekle birlikte \u00fclkemizdeki f\u0131nd\u0131k \u00fcretim art\u0131\u015f\u0131 denetimsiz ve kontrols\u00fcz olarak geni\u015fleyen \u00fcretim sahas\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>F\u0131nd\u0131k \u00e7erezlik olarak t\u00fcketildi\u011fi gibi, pastac\u0131l\u0131k ve \u015fekercilik sanayiinde geni\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde kullan\u0131lma alan\u0131na sahiptir. Yar\u0131 nemli, kurak iklim b\u00f6lgelerinde f\u0131nd\u0131k yeti\u015ftirilebilse de ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n yetersiz olmas\u0131 mutlak surette sulamay\u0131 gerektirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>F\u0131nd\u0131k Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesinde sahilden 60 km i\u00e7eriye ve 750 m y\u00fcksekli\u011fe kadar ekonomik olarak yeti\u015ftirilebilmektedir. Y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n 13-16 C oldu\u011fu y\u00f6relerde f\u0131nd\u0131k en uygun olarak yeti\u015fmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca bu y\u00f6relerde en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u20138, -10 C\u2019yi ve en y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n 36-37 C\u2019yi ge\u00e7memesi, y\u0131ll\u0131k ya\u011f\u0131\u015f toplam\u0131n\u0131n 700 mm\u2019nin \u00fcst\u00fcnde olmas\u0131 ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n aylara da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n dengeli olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Bunun yan\u0131nda Haziran ve Temmuz aylar\u0131ndaki oransal nem de %60\u2019\u0131n alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmemelidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>b. Toprak \u0130stekleri:\u00a0<\/strong>F\u0131nd\u0131k sa\u00e7ak k\u00f6ke sahip bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr bitkisi oldu\u011fundan k\u00f6kleri fazla derine gitmeyip meyilli arazilerde 80 cm toprak derinli\u011fine kadar ula\u015fabilmektedir. Toprak istekleri olarak fazla se\u00e7ici olmamakla birlikte besin maddelerince zengin, t\u0131nl\u0131-humuslu ve derin topraklarda iyi bir geli\u015fme g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FINDIK YET\u0130\u015eT\u0130RME TEKN\u0130\u011e\u0130:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>a. Arazi ve Toprak Haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131:<\/strong>\u00a0Ekonomik \u00f6mr\u00fc olduk\u00e7a uzun olan f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n dikimden \u00f6nce arazi ve toprak haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok dikkatli bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u00dczerinde tek y\u0131ll\u0131k bitkilerin yeti\u015ftirildi\u011fi arazilerde f\u0131nd\u0131k bah\u00e7esi tesis edilebilece\u011fi gibi, \u00e7ok y\u0131ll\u0131k bitkilerin yeti\u015ftirildi\u011fi araziler, eski ve ya\u015flanm\u0131\u015f f\u0131nd\u0131k bah\u00e7elerinin yenilenmesi \u015feklinde de f\u0131nd\u0131k bah\u00e7esi tesisi yap\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; D\u00fcz Arazilerde Toprak-Su Koruma \u00d6nlemleri:\u00a0<\/strong>Yeni tesis edilecek f\u0131nd\u0131k bah\u00e7esi i\u00e7in d\u00fcz arazilerde uygulanacak toprak tesviyesi meyilli arazilere g\u00f6re daha kolay olmakta, ancak tavan suyunun al\u00e7ak ve y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131na g\u00f6re baz\u0131 farkl\u0131 uygulamalar yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Meyilli Arazilerde Toprak-Su Koruma Tedbirleri:\u00a0<\/strong>Meyilli %5\u2019den fazla olan arazilerde muntazam bir dikimin yap\u0131lmas\u0131, ya\u011fmur sular\u0131n\u0131n depo edilmesi, g\u00fcbrenin y\u0131kan\u0131p gitmemesi, hasad\u0131n kolay yap\u0131labilmesi, budama, g\u00fcbreleme ve m\u00fccadele gibi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel uygulamalar\u0131n kolay yap\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in arazinin teraslanmas\u0131 (sete al\u0131nmas\u0131) gerekmektedir. Arazinin meyil durumuna g\u00f6re a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki teraslama sistemlerinin bir tanesi uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Kanal Teraslar:\u00a0<\/strong>Arazi meyilinin %5-25 oldu\u011fu durumlarda bu teras \u015fekli uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Hendek Teraslar:\u00a0<\/strong>Arazi meyili %25-75 aras\u0131nda ise hendek teras sistemi uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Cep Teraslar:\u00a0<\/strong>Arazi meyili %75\u2019den fazla oldu\u011fu ve di\u011fer teras sisteminin uygulanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 arazilerde cep teraslar uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Arazi haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u015fekilde yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra dikimden \u00f6nce iyi bir toprak haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir . Toprak haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki uygulamalar yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>* Toprak Analizi :<\/strong>\u00a0Arazi haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra dikimden \u00f6nce toprakta noksan olan besin maddeleri i\u00e7in temel g\u00fcbrelemenin yap\u0131lmas\u0131, topra\u011f\u0131n asitlik durumunun tespiti ve uygulanacak olan kire\u00e7 miktar\u0131n\u0131n tayini i\u00e7in mutlak surette topra\u011f\u0131n analizi yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>* Topra\u011f\u0131n Kirizma Yap\u0131lmas\u0131:\u00a0<\/strong>Topra\u011f\u0131n derince i\u015flenmesidir. Kirizma ile alt toprak kabart\u0131larak havalanmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r, mikroorganizma faaliyeti art\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r, su tutma kapasitesi de art\u0131r\u0131larak topra\u011f\u0131n fiziksel ve kimyasal yap\u0131s\u0131 nispeten d\u00fczeltilmi\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>* Toprak Yorgunlu\u011funun Giderilmesi:\u00a0<\/strong>F\u0131nd\u0131kl\u0131k tesis edilecek olan arazide uzun y\u0131llar \u00e7ok y\u0131ll\u0131k yeti\u015ftirilmi\u015f ise toprak yorgunlu\u011fu meydana gelmi\u015ftir. Toprak yorgunlu\u011funun giderilmesi i\u00e7in bu araziler dinlendirilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>b. \u00c7e\u015fit Se\u00e7imi:\u00a0<\/strong>F\u0131nd\u0131k bah\u00e7esi tesis ederken \u00fczerinde dikkatle durulmas\u0131 gereken noktalardan bir tanesi de \u00e7e\u015fit se\u00e7imidir. Bah\u00e7e i\u00e7erisinde yer verilen \u00e7e\u015fitlerin;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Verimli ve kaliteli olmas\u0131na dikkat edilmelidir.<br \/>\n&#8211; Pazarda tutulan ve y\u00fcksek fiyat bulan \u00e7e\u015fitler olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n&#8211; Bah\u00e7e i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7e\u015fit standardizasyonunun sa\u011flanmas\u0131na dikkat edilmelidir.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ana \u00e7e\u015fitlerin meyve tutumunun y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan bah\u00e7e i\u00e7erisinde tozlay\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitlere yer verilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>c. Fidan Se\u00e7imi ve Dikime Haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131:\u00a0<\/strong>F\u0131nd\u0131k k\u00f6k s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturan bir bitkidir. Belli kurallar dahilinde bu s\u00fcrg\u00fcnlerle yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Amaca uygun olan k\u00f6k s\u00fcrg\u00fcnlerinde \u015fu \u00f6zellikler aranmal\u0131d\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ocaklar\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6ren, pi\u015fkin, hastal\u0131ks\u0131z ve 1-2 ya\u015fl\u0131 k\u00f6k s\u00fcrg\u00fcnleri olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u0130yi te\u015fekk\u00fcl etmi\u015f tomurcuklar\u0131 bulunan k\u00f6k s\u00fcrg\u00fcnleri olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n&#8211; K\u00f6k te\u015fekk\u00fcll\u00fc iyi olan ve ocak i\u00e7erisine yak\u0131n olmayan yerlerde geli\u015fme g\u00f6steren k\u00f6k s\u00fcrg\u00fcnleri olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00f6zelliklere sahip k\u00f6k s\u00fcrg\u00fcnleri se\u00e7ildikten sonra k\u00f6klere zarar vermeden \u00e7epin ile \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Al\u0131nan bu k\u00f6k s\u00fcrg\u00fcnlerinden dikimden \u00f6nce \u201cDikim Budamas\u0131\u201d yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in yaral\u0131, bereli ve zedelenmi\u015f olan k\u00f6kler sa\u011flam doku noktas\u0131ndan kesilmeli, uzun olan k\u00f6kler k\u0131salt\u0131lmal\u0131, uzun olan k\u00f6kler k\u0131salt\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Fidanlar yakla\u015f\u0131k 35-40 cm. uzunlu\u011funda ve bir g\u00f6z \u00fczerinden t\u0131rnak b\u0131rak\u0131lmadan, g\u00f6z\u00fcn ters istikametinden keskin bir makas ile kesilmelidir. Haz\u0131rlanan bu fidanlar bekletilmeden daha \u00f6nce haz\u0131rlanan dikim \u00e7ukurlar\u0131na dikilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>d. Dikim Zaman\u0131 :\u00a0<\/strong>Dikim i\u00e7in en uygun zaman sonbahar aylar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>e. Dikim ve Terbiye Sistemleri :\u00a0<\/strong>F\u0131nd\u0131k yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi genellikle ocak dikim sistemine g\u00f6re yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu sistem f\u0131nd\u0131k \u00fcretim b\u00f6lgesinde uygulanan geleneksel dikim \u015feklidir. \u0130ki \u00e7e\u015fit dikim sistemi vard\u0131r. Meyilli arazilerde arazinin meyil derecesine g\u00f6re 1.5-2 m. teras \u00fcst\u00fc geni\u015fli\u011fi ve 3.5-5 m. teraslar aras\u0131 mesafe olacak \u015fekilde teraslama yap\u0131l\u0131r. D\u00fcz arazilerde ise s\u0131ralar aras\u0131ndaki mesafe 4-5 m. olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Ocak Dikim Sistemi :\u00a0<\/strong>Daha ziyade d\u00fcz arazilere uygun olan bu dikim \u015fekli meyilli arazilerde arazi meyil durumuna g\u00f6re teraslama yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ocak dikim sisteminde dikim \u00e7ukurlar\u0131 dikimden en az bir ay \u00f6nce 120 cm \u00e7ap ve 60 cm derinlikte a\u00e7\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>f. Budama Tekni\u011fi :\u00a0<\/strong>Dikimde fidanlara \u015fekil kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile ba\u015flayan budama, f\u0131nd\u0131kta ekonomik verimlilik \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sonuna kadar y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcrg\u00fcn geli\u015fiminin sa\u011flanmas\u0131, verimin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ekonomik \u00f6mr\u00fcn uzat\u0131lmas\u0131nda olumlu sonu\u00e7lar sa\u011flayan en \u00f6nemli k\u00fclt\u00fcrel uygulamalardan bir tanesidir. Budama ile;<br \/>\n1. Dikimde fidanlara \u015fekil kazand\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bu \u015feklin muhafazas\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olur.<br \/>\n2. Her y\u0131l \u00e7ok say\u0131da uzun s\u00fcrg\u00fcnler olu\u015fturularak bol ve kaliteli \u00fcr\u00fcn al\u0131nmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r.<br \/>\n3. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcme g\u00f6steren dallar\u0131n birbirine girmesi \u00f6nlenerek bak\u0131m, tar\u0131msal sava\u015f ve hasat i\u015flemlerinin daha kolay yap\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r.<br \/>\n4. Hastal\u0131kl\u0131, ya\u015fl\u0131, kuru, karacakart ve ocak i\u00e7lerine y\u00f6nelen dal ve dalc\u0131klar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ile ocaklar\u0131n yayvan bir ta\u00e7 kazanmas\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olur.<br \/>\n5. F\u0131nd\u0131kl\u0131k i\u00e7erisinde yabanc\u0131 a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ile g\u00f6lgelenmeden meydana gelecek verim d\u00fc\u015fmesi \u00f6nlenmi\u015f olur.<br \/>\n6. K\u00f6k s\u00fcrg\u00fcn verme temay\u00fcl\u00fc fazla olan f\u0131nd\u0131kta her y\u0131l k\u00f6k s\u00fcrg\u00fcn temizli\u011fi yap\u0131lmak suretiyle bunlar\u0131n besin maddelerini s\u00f6m\u00fcrmeleri \u00f6nlenmi\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>g. Gerek yeni dikim yap\u0131lacak, gerekse de verim \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda olan bah\u00e7elerde f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n normal bir geli\u015fme g\u00f6sterebilmesi i\u00e7in ihtiyac\u0131 olan besin maddelerinin belirlenmesinde mutlaka toprak ve yaprak analizlerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Yeni Dikim F\u0131nd\u0131k Bah\u00e7elerinde G\u00fcbreleme (0-5 ya\u015f) :\u00a0<\/strong>Topra\u011f\u0131 organik maddece zenginle\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla dekara 3-5 ton \u00e7iftlik g\u00fcbresi ve toprak analiz sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re tavsiye edilen miktarlarda kire\u00e7 fidan \u00e7ukurlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce b\u00fct\u00fcn arazi y\u00fczeyine homojen olarak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmal\u0131 ve derince \u00e7apalanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Azotlu g\u00fcbrenin yar\u0131s\u0131 Mart ay\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda di\u011fer yar\u0131s\u0131 da May\u0131s sonu Haziran ay\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda olmak \u00fczere fidanlar\u0131n etraf\u0131na muntazam bir \u015fekilde verilmeli ve \u00e7apalanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde ilk 5 y\u0131lda yap\u0131lan g\u00fcbreleme ile f\u0131nd\u0131k fidanlar\u0131nda istenilen \u00f6zelikte y\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcrg\u00fcn geli\u015fmesi sa\u011flanabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Verim \u00c7a\u011f\u0131ndaki F\u0131nd\u0131k Bah\u00e7elerinin G\u00fcbrelenmesi :\u00a0<\/strong>F\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n normal geli\u015febilmesi ve bol \u00fcr\u00fcn verebilmesi topraktan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 besin maddeleri ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaktad\u0131r. Bu besin maddelerinden en \u00f6nemlileri ise azot, fosfor ve kalsiyumdur. Di\u011fer besin maddeleri de f\u0131nd\u0131k i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bunlar \u00f6nceki besin maddeleri kadar \u00f6nemli de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Verim \u00c7a\u011f\u0131ndaki F\u0131nd\u0131k Bah\u00e7elerinde Kire\u00e7leme:\u00a0<\/strong>F\u0131nd\u0131k bitkisi normal geli\u015fmesini Ph\u2019s\u0131 5-7 aras\u0131nda olan topraklarda sa\u011flayabilmekte ve bol \u00fcr\u00fcn verebilmektedir. Ancak f\u0131nd\u0131k tar\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lan Karadeniz b\u00f6lgesi topraklar\u0131 genellikle asit karakterdedir. Toprakta kire\u00e7 noksanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n f\u0131nd\u0131kta meydana getirece\u011fi zararlar di\u011fer besin maddelerinin al\u0131namamas\u0131 ve toprak yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zelli\u011fi ile direkt ilgisi olup yapraklar\u0131n vaktinden \u00f6nce sararmalar\u0131, tepe s\u00fcrg\u00fcnlerinde kurumalar, zay\u0131f k\u00f6k te\u015fekk\u00fcl\u00fc ve azot, fosfor, potasyum noksanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclen arazlar\u0131n meydana gelmesi \u015feklindedir.<\/p>\n<p>Asit topraklar\u0131n kire\u00e7lenmesi ile topraklar\u0131n fiziksel, kimyasal ve biyolojik \u00f6zellikleri d\u00fczeltilir. Topra\u011f\u0131n havalanmas\u0131, \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131 ve su tutma \u00f6zellikleri de d\u00fczeltilmi\u015f olur. Toprakta mikroorganizma faaliyetleri artar, baz\u0131 besin maddelerinin ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n da toprakta tutularak y\u0131kan\u0131p gitmesine engel olur. \u00d6zellikle asit karakterli olan toprak b\u00fcnyesini de f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in istedi\u011fi normal Ph derecesine y\u00fckseltir.<\/p>\n<p>F\u0131nd\u0131k i\u00e7in genelde Kas\u0131m-Aral\u0131k aylar\u0131 kire\u00e7leme i\u00e7in uygundur. Kire\u00e7leme i\u015flemi 4-5 y\u0131lda bir toprak analizi yapt\u0131r\u0131larak ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011fu taktirde tekrarlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kire\u00e7leme f\u0131nd\u0131k bah\u00e7elerine iki y\u00f6ntemle uygulan\u0131r. Tavsiye edilen kire\u00e7 miktar\u0131 bah\u00e7enin tamam\u0131na muntazam ve e\u015fit olarak serpilerek k\u00f6klere zarar vermeyecek \u015fekilde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar derin \u00e7apalan\u0131r. Hasat :\u00a0<\/b>Hasata ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce f\u0131nd\u0131k bah\u00e7elerinde genel bir temizlik yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Onun i\u00e7in hasattan en az 5-10 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce bah\u00e7enin girinti ad\u0131 verilen afetle temizli\u011finin iyice yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. F\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131n hasat olgunlu\u011funa geldi\u011fi baz\u0131 \u00f6zelliklere bak\u0131larak anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar:<br \/>\n&#8211; Zuruflar\u0131n iyice sarar\u0131p k\u0131zarmas\u0131<br \/>\n&#8211; F\u0131nd\u0131k tanelerinin zuruf i\u00e7erisinde oynamaya ba\u015flamas\u0131<br \/>\n&#8211; Sert meyve kabu\u011funun \u00be nisbetinde k\u0131zarmas\u0131 ve i\u00e7\u2019in kendine has sertlik ve tad\u0131n\u0131 almas\u0131<br \/>\n&#8211; Sa\u011flam ve dolgun meyveleri ta\u015f\u0131yan dallar\u0131n salland\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman mevcut meyvelerin \u00be\u2019\u00fcnin daldan d\u00f6k\u00fclmesi f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n hasat olgunlu\u011funa ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n<p>F\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n en iyi hasat edilme \u015fekli silkme suretiyle yerden toplanmas\u0131 ise de b\u00f6lgede bu t\u00fcr hasada imkan verecek bah\u00e7eler \u00e7ok azd\u0131r. Bu hasat \u015feklinde f\u0131nd\u0131klar tam hasat olgunlu\u011funda topland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan rand\u0131man ve kalite iyi oldu\u011fu gibi dal ve dalc\u0131klar ile gelecek y\u0131l\u0131n mahsul\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturacak olan tomurcuklar da zarar g\u00f6rmemi\u015f olur. B\u00f6lgede daha \u00e7ok uygulanan hasat \u015fekli daldan el ile toplamad\u0131r. Bu hasat \u015feklinde dikkat edilecek en \u00f6nemli hususlar dallar\u0131n birbirine s\u00fcrt\u00fcnmemesi, \u00e7otanaklar\u0131n dala birle\u015fti\u011fi yerden tek tek kopar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve gelecek y\u0131l\u0131n mahsul\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturacak olan dal, dalc\u0131k ve tomurcuklar\u0131n d\u00f6k\u00fclmemesi i\u00e7in s\u0131y\u0131rma \u015feklinde toplama yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 ve hasad\u0131 yap\u0131lan dal\u0131n dikkatlice yerine b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>b. Harman :<\/b>Sepetlere toplanan f\u0131nd\u0131klar y\u00f6relere g\u00f6re harar, selek ve hey ad\u0131 verilen 30-40 kg\u2019l\u0131k sepetler ile veya \u00e7uvallara doldurulmak suretiyle s\u0131rtta ve ula\u015f\u0131m ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ile harman yerlerine ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131rlar. B\u00f6lgede harman yerleri genellikle d\u00fcz veya hafif meyilli \u00e7ay\u0131rl\u0131k ve sert toprak olan yerlerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Harman yerine getirilen f\u0131nd\u0131klar 3-5 g\u00fcn y\u0131\u011f\u0131n halinde bekletilir. Daha sonra t\u0131rm\u0131k ile harman alan\u0131na 10-15 cm kal\u0131nl\u0131kta bir tabaka halinde serilir. G\u00fcne\u015fli havalarda tahta k\u00fcrek veya t\u0131rm\u0131k ile her g\u00fcn kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak 3-5 g\u00fcn kurutulur. Belli bir miktar kuruyan bu f\u0131nd\u0131klar patoz denilen f\u0131nd\u0131k ay\u0131klama makinas\u0131na verilmek suretiyle zuruflar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131l\u0131rlar. Ay\u0131klanan bu f\u0131nd\u0131klar toprak harmanlarda bez, beton harmanlarda ise bez kullan\u0131lmadan 2-4 cm kal\u0131nl\u0131kta serilirler. G\u00fcne\u015fli havalarda her g\u00fcn 2-3 defa t\u0131rm\u0131k ile kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak kurumalar\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde 3-4 g\u00fcn kuruyan f\u0131nd\u0131klar vantilat\u00f6rden ge\u00e7irilmek suretiyle toz, toprak, zuruf par\u00e7alar\u0131ndan ve bo\u015flar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131l\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde temizlenen f\u0131nd\u0131klar tekrar harman yerine serilerek i\u00e7lerinde bulunan ta\u015f, toprak gibi sert ve yabanc\u0131 cisimler al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>c. Depolama :<\/b>Depo olarak kullan\u0131lacak olan yer serin, kuru ve havalanabilir nitelikte olmal\u0131d\u0131r.
